I put this little video together recently with bits and pieces filmed throughout the process of putting together the new ‘Sweet Thing’ shirt. Although this is a heavily abbreviated version of months of works, it all happened eventually and turned out great (you have no idea how good it felt to film the dolly up to the finished, folded shirt). So I hope somebody somewhere might have a watch and think, ‘hey i could do that’ and do!

Sorry I haven’t posted since the start of the year but if you haven’t seen, the new ‘Sweet Thing’ shirt is out and it’s been so much fun to put together! I’ve already had some great messages and reviews, so to all of you who have checked out the shirt and everyone who has given so much support, and of course the people that have already bought one, thankyou!

I got an email yesterday from a guy who must have come across the new Sweet Thing and the email had no message, only in the subject it said ‘hey bro, why only one tshirt bro….’ The guy’s never gonna win a Pulitzer prize, but he asked a question (albeit without a question mark) a few people have mentioned in a round about way to me.

Doing one design at a time really suits me at the moment. I used to put out as many as the money from the previous design would allow me and for a while I had about 12 designs on the go, which was great to a certain point, but for the most part I found it a hassle. Managing all the designs not only left me with hardly any time for anything else, but also lost me the fun in designing and creating the best product I could. So now pretty much all of the first lot of prints have gone, I decided to put out one at a time and make it the best product I can. As long as long as the money comes back the same as I put it in, the process is worth it, trust me. So again thanks to everyone who has already bought a ‘Sweet Thing’ and for the guy who sent the email below, it’s so that these people get a product full of time, and quality when they bought a Lhome shirt.

Here’s a couple of shots i got through of the basic product shots of the new Sweet Thing shirts. Everything’s coming through really nicely and the promo shots taking shape, I can’t wait to get the final ones in. Think everything will be going live after the whole Christmas/New years rush so expect everything to kick off around 18th January. Came across this pretty sick video, was pretty sceptical when i kicked off but the whole thing definitely won me over at the end. That’s how you do a school project!

Paper Root clothing designed one of my favourite t-shirts a while back now of people in a movie theatre and Greg got in touch recently about their new shirts, most of which I like a lot and he also just sent over a note about a 40% sale until the 18th December so i’m definitely picking up a couple. We had the first of two photoshoots for the new ‘Sweet Thing’ shirts that came through on friday. They are looking great and the photos are coming along really well! I’m looking to make the photos for these shirts unlike any other tshirt product shot you’ve seen. They are glossy, surreal and pretty damn exciting. The guys at Wasted Days Studio (I think their website is about to launch so watch out for that) are producing the pictures and from what i’ve seen so far they are doing a pretty impressive job. Should have a making of put together soon so will get get that linked up and i’m looking to launch Lhome again in the new year but you never know if everything goes well and i can’t wait you might see everything a bit sooner! I’ll get a peek of the new shirt up here this week.

This might have been around for a while but i only just came across this pretty amazing online music making thing but more than that it’s an incredible timewaster. Spent hours hooking machines but and pressing buttons…….probably should get on with something else! Hobnox
